I felt a bit disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The room layout with French doors was convenient for families, but it felt as cold as the Arctic circle despite efforts to adjust the temperature. The lack of a balcony after confirming in advance didn't meet expectations, though the room came well-equipped with necessary amenities.
Returning after dinner to the hotel was a delight as I found the rooms to be very nice, offering a cozy one-bedroom apartment vibe with a separate living area. However, it would have been even better if the rooms were stocked with alcohol. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff like Westley Tan assisting prior to our stay. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to everything in Old Town. The dining experience was fine but lacked variety in snacks, included in the stay.
